The old film studio had charm. Just most of it hidden behind partition walls and bad lighting…

Context

The space was a leftover from another era: low ceilings, dark tiles, partition walls. Despite its size, it felt heavy and depressing.

Intervention

We cleared everything back to the bones.
Working closely with the in-house designers and engineers, we opened up the plan and let in as much daylight as possible.
Painted floors, exposed beams, and playful furniture allow for flexibility—and for the agency’s work to take center stage.

Outcome

The space now feels open, informal, and fit for purpose. It’s part office, part workshop, and part meeting space showcasing the essence of the Futurewave brand.
